1. Introduction and Who We Are

Feedee Media LLC (“Feedee Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website and platform available at feedeemedia.com and any related applications or services (collectively, the “Platform”). We are a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how long we retain it, how we protect it, and the rights you have regarding your personal data. It applies to all users of the Platform worldwide, including Creators and Fans.

For EU/UK users: Feedee Media LLC acts as the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the UK GDPR.

For California residents: This policy also serves as our notice at collection and CCPA/CPRA disclosure. See Section 10.2 for your specific rights.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop using the Platform immediately.


2. The Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following categories:

2.1 Account and Identity Data

  • Full name, username, email address, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash)
  • Date of birth (for age verification purposes)
  • Profile information you choose to provide (biography, display name, profile photo)
  • Account settings and preferences

2.2 Financial and Payment Data

  • Payment card details (card type, last four digits, expiration date) — we do not store full card numbers; these are handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor(s)
  • Bank account details (for Creator payouts, such as routing and account numbers)
  • Tax identification information (e.g., IRS Form W-9 data for U.S.-based Creators, including name, address, and Taxpayer Identification Number / Social Security Number) as required by applicable tax law

2.3 User Content

  • Photos, videos, audio files, and other media you upload to the Platform
  • Text content including posts, captions, comments, and direct messages
  • Metadata associated with uploaded files (e.g., file type, size, and where technically available, embedded metadata such as creation date)

2.4 Communications Data

  • Messages you send and receive through our in-Platform messaging system
  • Support tickets, emails, and other communications you send to us

2.5 Technical and Device Data

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address
  • Device type, operating system, browser type and version
  • Device identifiers and fingerprinting data
  • Time zone and language settings

2.6 Approximate Location Data

  • Country and region inferred from your IP address
  • We do not collect GPS or precise real-time location data

2.7 Behavioral and Usage Data

  • Pages and content viewed, including watch time and interaction patterns
  • Clicks, scrolls, and navigation paths within the Platform
  • Content preferences and engagement history (likes, follows, purchases, subscriptions)
  • Session duration and frequency of visits

2.8 Transaction and Subscription Data

  • Records of purchases, subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view transactions
  • Transaction amounts, timestamps, and status
  • Subscription renewal and cancellation history

3. How We Collect Your Personal Data

  • Directly from you when you register, complete your profile, upload content, make a purchase, contact support, or otherwise interact with the Platform
  • Automatically through session cookies, server logs, and similar technologies as you use the Platform (see Section 6 for details)
  • From third-party service providers such as our payment processors, which may share limited transaction confirmation data with us
  • From publicly available sources where necessary for fraud prevention or legal compliance

4. Why We Use Your Personal Data (Legal Bases)

5. How We Share Your Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

5.1 Service Providers (Data Processors)

  • Payment Processors (e.g., CCBill, Segpay): Your payment card or bank information is passed to our payment processor(s) to complete transactions. We do not store full card data.
  • Cloud Storage (Amazon Web Services — AWS S3): User-uploaded media files and platform data are stored on AWS infrastructure.
  • Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare): Traffic is routed through Cloudflare for performance, security, and availability. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical data.
  • Email Service Provider: We use a transactional email provider to send account notifications, receipts, and security alerts.

5.2 Other Users of the Platform

Your username, profile photo, and public profile information are visible to all Platform users. Content you post is visible per the access settings you choose. Messages are visible to their recipient(s). We strongly encourage you not to include sensitive personal information in publicly visible content.

5.3 Legal and Regulatory Disclosures

We may disclose your personal data in response to valid legal process, to comply with applicable laws, to prevent fraud or threats to safety, or to protect our rights. Any known or suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be immediately reported to the NCMEC and law enforcement — this is non-negotiable and will be done without prior notice to the subject account.

5.4 Business Transfers

If Feedee Media LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5.5 With Your Consent

We may share your data with other third parties only when you have explicitly consented.


6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use only strictly necessary cookies and session tokens. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

7. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active.
  • Deleted accounts: Personal data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days of account deletion, except where legally required to retain.
  • Financial and tax records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with U.S. tax law (IRS) and anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Uploaded content: Removed from active systems within 30 days of deletion; may persist in backups for up to 90 additional days.
  • Legal holds: Data subject to a court order or legal hold may be retained beyond the above periods.
  • Fraud and abuse records: Retained for up to 5 years to prevent circumvention.

8. Data Security

  • Encryption in transit: All data is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Encryption at rest: Stored data is encrypted at rest on AWS infrastructure.
  • Password hashing: Passwords are never stored in plain text. We use a strong adaptive hashing algorithm (Argon2) with salting.
  • Access controls: Access to personal data is restricted to personnel who require it.
  • Security monitoring: We monitor our systems for unauthorized access and anomalies.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to you, we will notify affected users without undue delay (within 72 hours where required under GDPR) and report to relevant supervisory authorities as required by law.


9. International Data Transfers

Feedee Media LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Platform from the EEA, UK, Canada, or elsewhere, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. For EU/EEA users we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs); for UK users we rely on the UK IDTA. You may request a copy of these safeguards by contacting privacy@feedeemedia.com.


10. Your Privacy Rights

10.1 EU/EEA and UK Users (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Submit requests to privacy@feedeemedia.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your national DPA (or the ICO in the UK at ico.org.uk).

10.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

We do NOT sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your rights include: Right to Know, Right to Delete, Right to Correct, Right to Opt-Out (not applicable — we do not sell), Right to Limit Use of Sensitive PI, and Right to Non-Discrimination. Submit requests to privacy@feedeemedia.com. We respond within 45 days.

10.3 Canadian Users (PIPEDA)

You have the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

10.4 All Other Jurisdictions

Regardless of where you are located, you may always request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@feedeemedia.com.


11. Children's Privacy

The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately at privacy@feedeemedia.com. Any known or suspected CSAM will be immediately reported to NCMEC and law enforcement without exception.


12. Do Not Track

We use only strictly necessary session cookies and do not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking. Our practices do not change based on Do Not Track (DNT) signals.


13. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.


14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy with a revised “Last Updated” date, send an email notification to your registered email address, and display a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
